It seemed like it was doing a fairly good job...

Its being upgraded.

And just because the warning system is gone doesnt mean we can't/won't ban you.
It will just be just like like "old times" - 1 PM warning (if you're lucky) and then you're banned (temp), and if that doesnt fix you, you're gone for good.

Some additional functionability I believe... I don't know if there will be any significant, noticable change from a regular user's perspective though.
