Washing Machine Puzzle

I'm at the ramp that needs to be weighed down by cinder blocks etc. and ultimately the washng machine from the platform above. I have the ramp raised to its max but cant't jump the fence. I'm on foot. Should I have a hover craft at this point? Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

you should just have to push the washing machine over and the entire thing will fall. Oh ya, and theres a release lever somewhere around the elevator that makes it move.
