Water Hazzard Tunnels

I'm at what I think is the end of Water Hazzard. I had to outrun a helicopter and now there are a series of partially submerged concrete tunnels. They are flooded with radiation material and I cannot get through no matter what I do! Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

is there like pipes and u cant get to a tunnel if es u have to go to that room with alot of pipes climb down the pipes and there should be a round switch turn it and the water will flood up

No, that's not it, but thanks for replying. It's just a tunnel with radioactive water. Any other thoughts?
