Weak system

I know I might get flamed for this...
I'm waiting for the new Penryn chips to be released to build a new system.
I currently have a P4 1.6--2GB RAM system with an nVidia FX5900.
I know the minimum requirements listed for "Orange Box."
Anyone out there playing with a 1.6 CPU?
Or are frame rates choking and not even worth it?
I'd love to play this when it's released, but I'd hate to have to wait until I rebuild.

I'd be worried about it, but there is more than likely ways to play at decent frame rates, albeit with horrid looks.
