Weapon Fast Switch

Not a major problem but I was wondering if anyone else was getting the same problem where even if i select the fast switch option in advanced it doesn't work. I still get the menu at the top and have to click once to switch the weapon.

I looked in the config file and it is set to 1

CS Source works fine when fast switch is select so i'm stumped.

i havent had more than the pistol and crowbar at the moment...

but i set mine in options keyboard and advanced and i havent seen the screen come up for pistol/crowbar...
try setting it in that rather than console!

Erm, sorry m8 but where did i mention setting it in console?

As I said I have it ticked in the keyboard/advanced options along with the console option, console works fine but fast switching doesn't

i think if you press the weapon number keys on the keyboard, itll do it then...just not with next weapon or previous weapon binds

Agreed but it should work the same as in CS Source, ie with fast switching enabled no menu just switch to the next/previous weapon with mousewheel.

Not as major an issue it is in CS where you need to switch quick but just wondered if it was just me that it wasn't working for
