Weapon select bug.. i think

I played on a sever.. i don't remember what the server name was. After that when i roll my mousewheel to change weps it instantly changes weapons to the next one instead of bringing up the menu to click select or whatever. I think it was a server download, like a mod or something, but i've reinstalled HL2DM and it still does it. I've looked through all the HL2 folders hoping to find some random downloaded file, but still have nothing. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Options > Keyboard > Advanced Options > Quick Weapon Switch, I believe.

Something like that. Whereever it is you activate the dev console.

That, or hud_fastswitch 0.

wow.. i feel like a total nub.. thanks alot though.. i thought i had checked advanced keyboard settings, but in other games that option is occupied by something else, and i just overlooked it.. thanks though!
