My school has blocked basically every proxy website in existance and any website that has the name "proxy" in it.
I would look into just setting up a custom proxy but...
-PHP proxies can't do much with the cookies and proxies, so i'm limited to PERL scripts. Or this is what I hear anyway.
-Most free hosting sites have proxies banned one way or another on PERL scripts.
So anyone know of a free hosting that allows perl proxy scripts or know of a Web-Based Web Browser.
