they have 500 mb of bandwitdth for a day, no popup ads at all, no banner ads at all, its free, and 30 mbs of space, and a file manager, you only get ftp if you pay

and as you can see - no ads, no banners, but you need to know html, im not sure if they have an easy builder or not

you dont need directory listing on, you could just write a script to list the contents for you

Also, you wont find a host with unlimited bandwidth (and anyone who does claim to offer it is lying)

These days, free hosting is pretty rubbish - things like geocities have bugger all bandwidth allocations, and image linking etc.. is blocked.

You really need to pay if you want any half decent hosting.

brinkster is the best one out there, unless you wanna deal with web1000 (www.web1000.com) which is also really good

both have virtually no limits besides bandwidth and how much stuff you want on there
