most isps have webspace bundled with their broadband/dial up accounts. I suggest you look into that, then get a free .t k domain from www.dot.t k and point it towards your webspace.

There is a load of sites like freewebs that let you create sites online, but i reckon you should obtain a copy of dreamweaver and teach yourself. Thats what I did, now it earns me money..

Looks ok. A lot better than some of the shyt thats out there..

If your serious about making sites you should really get a decent host. You get what you pay for. Free sites/webspace wil often have ads or be slow loading. Have bandwith restrictions blah blah.
