Website Content Manager

I'm looking very hard for some Website Content Manager like Joomla, but requires no SQL.

The webhost I am using has no SQL support for the level I'm at, and it wouldn't be a problem updating if I had a credit card to use, but obviously I don't, so I need to find a solution to a nice website content manager which isn't crap, and doesn't require SQL.

cutenews is flat file (uses txt - or did when i last used it :x) - it's simple but useful/good.
