Website Design : Need suggestions

My friend asked me to design a site for his clan. And well, this is what I've put together.

*the little frame in the center will have all the type in it, those pictures are just filler*

The coding is pretty sloppy but its just a demo of the graphical layout at the moment. Anyone have any suggestions, comments or any ideas on improving this? So far my friend is happy with it but I'm thinking there's something that can be added.

But in all seriousness, it is, indeed, a very clean design. I see nothing wrong with it.
