That's what I thought. Quit being a little whore about it and just accept the fact that Valve prefers to release fine, polished games, not bugridden pieces of shit. It's worth waiting longer for.

I don't think he's questioning whether they release good games later or bad games now, rather he questions that valve tend to have a poor judge of when they release their own games, we all know that.

I'm not trying to offend Valve or the community. I'm just saying that Valve jumps the gun on putting out Blue-Shift with all its bugs, etc. Even though I never had any problems, Valve should have tested it more. They should have also put out the HD pack and Blue-Shift as a complete package. And as for the release dates, yes I agree with more time=better games. It's just getting really repetitve with the whole, "it will be released soon! Trust us!" lines. I trusted Valve with the HL2 release date fiasco and was put down really badly. Then they said that they will never do it again and say TBA. I mean name some stuff they have on, "it's around the corner release date!" Aftermath-this year. Team-Fortress 2-1998. Day of Defeat: Source, the list goes on. TF2 is starting to look like Dukem Nukem: Forever. I remember reading an article in PCGamer as an interview with Gabe in E3. They asked about TF2 and he said "very soon. Maybe shortly after E3 in fact." And don't forget Lombardi on TechTv showing off the Lost Coast video. The guy asked him about TF2 and he laughed and said "pretty soon". I keep on saying to myself, "don't listen to them" but with 2 new lies coming out tonight it just makes me really angry! :flame:
