Weird Choppy Problems

I was playing Counter Strike today and as usual when i died it alt + tab'ed the game to do some chatting. When i came back in the game seemed to be choppy, i exited the game and re-entered and it seemed fine. I alt + tab'ed again and then the game seemed choppy again.

This barely started happening today and I just want to know if anyone else is having this problem. I'm thinking it may be the monitor or the graphics card ( I currently have a 9500 pro in this comp) or maybe it just might be overheating a bit.

Any words of knowledge or advice will be nice.

I have been watching some Bink videos and have also noticed the choppy effects on those as well...

Hopefully it's just some overheating problems.
