Weird Jittering

Playing online with cs source, I get like lots of jittering and it gets laggy. I always have a low ping of abnout 20 - 25 but it seems to do this still.

9800 pro 128mb

750k cable

Hardware issues ?
Settings?

Any ideas please...

Same problem here... And in HL2 too... Especially in outdoor areas in HL2.

could it be ur rate? set it higher mebe, or ur cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate...

try a bunch of those...

yep do that and make sure ur not using zonealarm, ive disabled zonalarm and done the cl_smooth 0 and its nearly perfect now.

Yeah, i get this in all the servers too. I'm not sure about hl2 single play, the stuttering ruins that experience enough. I only recall it happening since the latest patch but i may be wrong.

Has no one figured out a solution?

Yeah, make sure your firewall (you do have one, right?) isn't screwing up your connection to the server. Also, games with a lot of players (16+?) tend to do this a lot more than games with less players.
