Weird problem after update

I just noticed this after the latest update. You know how sometimes servers have there own MOTD. Well when I enter a server that has there own MOTD, and I go to another server, its shows the MOTD of the previous server I was in, and not the MOTD of the server im in now. I did a fresh reinstall of the game, to solve some other minor issues, and this weird problem is still there. Any clue?

It shows the old one until the new one loads up.
If it's big it might take a while.

another weird thing is i cant play train... it says something like bad challenege or i dont have the train.bsp???
