weird startup probs

im gonna rip my guts out.. my css wont start and when i try it says:

steam has found a problem with your local games file. files will now be reacquired from the steam servers.

but when i click ok the shit lox up and after that the message pops up again

help me!!

yeah i was thinking that as a last resort... but that is propably the solution.

Just leave it downloading over night... That should be it. And if it's still not down, let it be on while at school/work
