Weird warpyness stuff

I tried CS source today and it seems like on every server i get some funky lag or something, my ping says its at 23 but i see people warping like im at 100 ping, and sometimes when im in free cam mode, i Move liek twice as fast as i should, somethin is screwy, also when i bump into barrels a get pushed back, other then those problems it seems to run fine, can anyone tell me how to fix em? thanks

the barrel thing is supposed to be like that, you could always type cl_smooth 0 i the console for a more " smooth " cs : s experience

ok another thing, my console DOESNT work, and there is no shortcut to it, so i cant add -console to the command line anymore ><

Rightclick on your source icon in steam then press properies. then launch options. then just add "-console" without the "".
then the console will pop up next time you start CS : S then you can rebind it to a key you want, for exampel bind F3 "toggleconsole" if you want your F3 Key for the console.
