Hi all, I recently purchased an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ and new Motherboard, ABIT Av8, and now sometimes, not very often perhaps once a day it lags for about 10 seconds, then just freezes and i cannot do nothing like alt+tab out and alt+ctrl+del

Anyone offer any helps?

Last Resort is a format but i dont wanna do that

Need more details... Hardware forum probably would have been a better choice...

Anyway... What are you doing when it 'lags' What do YOU mean by 'lag'... What Heat sink/fan, Ops, Drivers, cards, mem, connection, etc etc etc...
