Weirdness in my head

Lately I've been having really weird pressure-like malfunctions in my head. It's kind of hard to explain but basically it's like I'm just sitting around when all of a sudden I feel this rush go from the right side of my brain to the left and I hear a weird whooshing sound, or maybe like a hiss, and a high pitched tone starts playing in my right ear for about 10 seconds when it fades away. What the ****? Hiss/whoosh is the best way to explain the sound, but it also sounds kind of like series of whispers.

Sinus problems? Pressurization problems? Or something else?

Could be tinitus which can mess with your ears, or excess fluid around your brain which can cause pressure (treatable with anti-biotics).

Most likely brian werms though.
 
Unless I can make a truce with the Brain Worms inside my head... I'll make a treaty and we'll work together to kill all of you. If they refuse I will threaten to shoot myself in the head. My first demand is that they clean up my body and make me super smart. Then I'll let them thrive by passing them to every dairy farm in the western hemisphere!!! And you will all eat the cows, drink the milk, eat the cheese and smear the butter THAT IS INFESTED WITH MURDEROUS BRAIN WORMS!!!!

I will then make myself emperor of NEW WORMIGON (Earth, "new" = they've taken over many planets before this one). And we will conquer the known universe, Brain Worm and man, versus all who oppose!

I get the right ear thing couple of times, annoyingly loud though.

As someone said earlier in the thread, it could be high blood pressure.

Do you exercise regularly? Do you eat foods high in colesterol? How much hours do you sleep? How much stress is in your daily life?

Anyway if it continues for a prolonged period (2 weeks to a month) I'd go check it out. If I were you I'd go to a doctor right away, though... preferably your father, and then you'd go to your mother's funeral and meet Natalie Portman and then go on a quest for self-illumination.
 
You know you could just be hearing the high tones that only young people can hear. So if your under 20 its probably just that.

And I get millions of weirdnesses with my whole body but I don't complain. You're probably going to die, no biggy.
 
Hello!

At first it kind of sounded like sinusitis to me, do you have problems with your sinuses ever?

It also could be the very beginnings of migraine, that is mostly what it sounds like. I've had migraines since I was like 12, and it started with a headrush, then a black dot in front of my left eye which would dart around, then spread out so that my vision was blurred. In some people this can happen quicker, as in a flash of light or darkness in front of the eyes.

Doctor is best for brain worms such as this.
 
Sounds like rapidly-approaching Death to me.

This whooshing sound you hear - does it have a certain scythe-like quality?

I sometimes get the right ear thing too, i'll be sitting here listening to music, when all of the sudden all sound from my right ear goes deaf and i hear a really high pitched ringing for about 8 seconds which fades away and sound comes back to my ear.

an internet full of atrocities and THIS is what made him lose faith in humanity ? lol.
 
Responding to OP, this happens to me sometimes too and has been for my whole life and I doubt it's anything to worry about.
