Well how do I give away EP1 and HL2 after I bought the orange box?

So I had EP1 and HL2 and bought the Orange Box, Now it doesn't say that I have 2 copies to give or whatever.
All the games I had are on normal "100% - Ready" status, TF2 and Peggle are downloading and EP2 and Portal are "Not Released Yet".
So where are the 2 copies I'm suppose to give to someone?

Also, When I Pre-Order doesnt it suppouse to download the games and then I'll have to wait to the release date ? Because EP2 and Portal are not doing anything.

As for being able to preload Portal and EP2, I dunno. Has Valve even made preloading available for those games yet?
