I did not! I think it may be because I just disabled my onboard sound and let windows install generic drivers for my sound blaster card. I'm gonna restart now and hopefully it will work.

EDIT: Nope. I must have messed stuff up when messing around with the content haha. Looks like I have to re-install, downloading at 90kb/s whoo! :|

This would be my fourth. I just played and beat hl2 and ep1 earlier this week. Idunno why, but I all of the sudden got a half life craving.

I'd have a craving for Half-Life 2 etc right now if I had a better computer. To paraphrase David O'Doherty: Half-Life currently rocks my world in quite a gentle way; like a delicious cake as opposed to a bag of drugs. Too much stutter and pixellation and anti-aliasing and poor textures, but still a sweet game. But soon, soon I will get the drugs, and everything will be sparkly.

And by drugs I mean good graphical enhancements and processing power for my personal computer. I do not in any way endorse the use of drugs, on the contrary, I have never taken such substances and never intend to. Please do not continue the topic of such substances in your future posts, and please, please don't ban me.
