Well you could do that - but, you'd have to put it in your mouth in front of witnesses. Big call just for some settlement cash. Also, the average corpse is not easy to come by. For most people, I think.
 
I'd say it's BS, I don't think someone would miss scooping a finger into a little bowl of chilli and a finger getting into the packaging contents from a factory? might have actually gotten cut off there but I'd say shes just out for money, I'd care more but Dairy Queen is now my favorite fast food place.

haha, there's definatly something dodgy going on there... i bet she stole the finger.. off her daughter :eek:
 
yeah i watched the video and it looks like she musta chewed on it for awhile, just by watching and listening to her you can tell she's BS and it's even more BS that they hurt her daughters arm, shes just out for cash
 
Its kind of a dumb lawsuit to bring in a sense if its a scam. The damage has been done now, so there is no interest in Wendy's settling - just makes it look like they have something to hide.

Better that Wendy's fights to clear its name. And make no mistake, DNA testing will be done on that finger. Apparently there was no match for finger prints. But where would someone get a finger? I guess you could hang out in a cemetary and go to the trouble of digging up a freshly laid corpse. But then I guess it would have traces of embalming fluid on it.

But - know that the defence lawyers will do every test imaginable on that finger. And if it is found to come from somewhere that this woman had access too - she's toast.

If it is a case of her planting the finger, i hope that Wendy's sue her for liable and slander and for costing them business in the area.
