Watching TV just now, I had the inspiration to post this topic... in this week, what are some of the whackiest local news that is reported?

I just saw that here in northern texas, a man was charged with throwing fecal matter on pastries in a grocery store.

well i dont know if its reported news but when i was watching the hurricane go by and the meterologist took like 10 minutes to discribe what was going on...when the damn picture was right behind him...NEWB I SAY!

2 Things: A year ago, a White Bengal tiger escaped from the zoo, and ran through the streets of Downtown Jackson, where some dumbasses would actually reach out and try to PET IT!

Other thing: During Katrina's aftermath, you could clearly see people in the background paddling around in canoes, or at least attempting to, in water not even HALF a foot deep..........

I guess we are beginning to finally understand the I.Q. of the average human.:rolling:
