Yep.. Every single new year is freezing below -30°C

coldest I've been was on top of Cairngorm in a whiteout blizzard with no waterproofs - horizontal icicles were growing off the weather mast on the summit, the wind was so strong.
Registered -18 in the wind. We almost didn't make it down, what a buzz.
