What about Gforce 4 MX440 ?

Yes i know its not a great card, its not better the the TI series, but still how would the MX440 do with HL2?

Whats my luck? I took the unofficial Benchmark test on some site, forgot which one, but i did alright just said my Vid card will be able to play on 800x600 on Medium graphics. I run U2 and UT2k2 just fine, on 1024x768.

You should do good.More ram would help even tho you got enough for hl2.But you should do good with medium settings(guess) on hl2.You would proablly pump out a little over 30 fps.But try to upgrade your graphics card to a Ti4600 then you would be fine.

FPS = Frames per second

If you have to little the game will look choppy and not be fun, if its a high framerate (60-100) you'll get a nice smooth game.

the GeForece MX sereis of cards can't really be considered "Graphic Acclerators". They are among the worst card son the market. I'd suggest a GF-3 Ti series if you have a low budget, or a Ti4200.

lol Thanks for your info all I can say is when I upgraded my PC it was like an upgrade bundle lol yea so the card came with the bundle 'thank god its not integraded' but i don't know im enjoying the card, so far no flaws, works perfectly with all the games! I ran Vice City on 1280x1024 32BIT, worked very smooth lol once you get a lowrider and put on some 'radio' lol it rules
