How do you classify yourself?

Emo? Goth? Chav? Preppy? Grunger? Those people wearing Atticus black?

Also what brands of clothing do you like ?

:)

I'd classify myself as a hipster kid, I generally wear stuff like Tom Wolfe, Peter Werth and some Ben Sherman and Levis stuff - Ikon ain't bad either (I know a lot of these aren't labels like armani, but I like em :p) oh, and Topman have a LOT of nice stuff :)

\o/

A ninja *cough* too many bad movies *cough

I'm many things...not really just some "redneck". Also I wear whats comfortable and matters the situation.

Human. :E

I'm one of the many casulties of the educational system, working to go to a good university or fail completely in society. I don't care about sports, nor clothes. I only strive to do better at school, to beat everyone, and not fail in this hell hole. :|

i dont know WHAT i am...but i wear quicksilver, levis, silvertab, etc. shirts i wear nickit, 88 street (something like that), i have a holister shirt in there somewear, oh and jerseys.

Bunch of god damn preps I tell ya.

i wouldnt classify myself as a prep...there are kids at my school that have 2 closets full of holister and abercrombie and bitch...hehe

I wouldn't know how to classify myself. I guess some people would see me as a bitter and caustic geek, but I'm quite sociable and amicable a lot of the time. I enjoy partying and having a good time just as much as the next guy. Most people I've met, however, regard me as strange above all else. Not a good or a bad thing. It just is. Wether that's because of my tastes, my confrontational attitude (although not hostile), my sense of humor, or whatever, I dunno. I generally mock all those groups you've listed.

I don't care for any particular brand of clothing. I wear what I think looks alright. It's just relatively plain or "normal" I guess. The only brand that sticks into my head is Lonsdale, and that's only because I've been informed that it's a popular Neo-Nazi brand. Consequently, I've gotten a lot of shit for wearing those shirts, but I don't care. Screw 'em.

I'm not sure what I am. I hang out mostly with stoners, but I'm not a stoner. Maybe I'm a wanna-be stoner metalhead. Whatever I am, I'm wierd.

I usually wear slightly baggy jeans with a t-shirt and either a sweatjacket or a blazer. And big black boots. Low-top. sketchers, or w/e. Cuz they're cheap.

y'know, I am gonna classify myself as stoner, because of my permanent "hammered" attitude and mindset.

In recent years, young people have begun to use the term "preppy" as slang to describe those who appear clean-cut or seem slightly better off financially than others in a given middle class environment. Used in this manner, "preppy" is applied entirely contrary to the term's mainstream meaning stated above, as the slang version most often describes 'nouveau', publically-educated people absorbed in the middle class hypermaterialism of modern pop culture for cheap goods sold at disproportionately high prices. As such, teenagers often apply this slang label to popular clothing brands not characteristic of "prepdom" as indicated above, including American Eagle Outfitters, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister Co., and . Polo Ralph Lauren, to which people often apply the "preppy" moniker, also belongs to this group; begun relatively recently in 1967 by Ralph Lauren, who had not yet changed his name from Ralph Lifschitz, the company capitalizes on the materialism of modern middle-class pop culture for cheap goods sold at disproprotionately high prices, seeking through nontraditional production methods, often based in the third-world, to imitate clothiers that traditionally catered to "preppies," such as Brooks Brothers and J. Press.

Something along those lines.

wait. So its people wearing clothing that you buy at OMFG prices?

I dunno. Would classify myself as the half-loner I guess. I have a few really good close-knit friends who I hang around with a lot, but I can get along with pretty-much anyone.
some people think I'm crazy because sometimes I feel like drawing attention to myself by acting a bit strange (like when I know someone who I want to notice me is looking at the time, I might sort of lose balance). So some people think I'm strange.

Uuhm I wear what's comfortable. I don't wear brand names in an attempt not to get branded as something or other. But I'm rather fashionable in the sense I wear baggy black combats to school, and this funky Top with Tshirt underneath number - so I'm not unfashionable.

Girls tend to not care for me (As in not hate me, but not especially like me either - I'm not noticed a lot :D). I have many female friends. Oh and there's a group of girls a year below me who keep telling me they fancy me...

Having said that, I'm not someone who you can talk to constantly. I don't have a wide knowledge of subjects that are mainstream - like popular music or fashion and whatnot. but I listen a lot.
I'm also a bit weird with my eye-contact. I kind of tend to stare into people's eyes because I found that I don't like eye-contact and am trying to get used to it. So I come across as staring :E.

Oh and lastly my personality fluxuates. Sometimes I say things which I didn't like, and just walk up to people and apologise. They think I'm weird because they didn't notice it. But at least it's off my chest now.

Also it forgets to mention kids with that "higher/better then you because I have a little more money then you and I'm more popular then you" attitude.

Personality wise, I'm confident, outgoing, and I love to drink/party/etc :D

I get on with almost everyone

No idea what i would classify myself as, but clothing brands i tend to buy include Firetrap, Teddy Smith, FCUK, Levis, Republic, Full Circle, Bench and Diesel.

Diesel and Fcuk are nice, but a lil overpriced for a poor student :)

Don't like Bench or Firetrap personally :O

n Tr0n ;( I'm not a slut.. my friend from back home was saying she thought I was, but that's just bollocks.. ;(

Don't lie to yourself bitch. You are! Doing god damn 1 nighters and 2 nighters each week makes you a god damned slut. She's right.

im no chav, no goth. im jus a friendly guy who likes to play sports go to the gym and play games on ere. and chat on hl2.net etc.

All hail Tr0n, our god. [/tr0nism]

my friends and i form that rough collection of people that fit in other places but don't really fit completely and so we gravitate towards one another - those are my best friends, but i hang out a lot with the stoners as well. i think overall im one of those slightly strange, nerdy but don't show it much, stoner kids. I don't really give a damn about labels though and I'm friends with most anyone I think is worth being friends with.

clothes are usually blue jeans or baggy cargo pants, vans, and a band t-shirt. which i do NOT buy from Hot Topic, thank you.

At least numbers here got something right. You should listen to him more.

Alright, alright. I take my second remark back. But this means...*gasp* You're a mormon!

Noes.

"For I am your god". Which basically means I have my own religion called...Tr0nism. :D

Better start believeing in me before I get medieval on your asses.

Yes, I got that part. What I said was just random.

Simply put, if I could act British in public without looking odd, I would.

I normally wear some blue jeans, a pair of Adidas or Pumas (all old school of course ;) ), and a shirt, usually a band shirt and some other assorted shirts that have to do with music.
