What bugs/suggestions have you submitted to VALVe?

Using the ingame bug submitter, of course.

Here's mine. I'm sure most of you are familiar with the actual bugs.

BUGS:

1. Disappearing grenades from inventory.

2. Jammed guns.

3. Hostages getting stuck on stupid things (i.e. cabinets on office, pillars in havana). Also getting stuck INSIDE of objects.

4. Physics causing massive lag/slowdown (i.e. throw a grenade at the fruit in italy, the random stuff in office, the boards on chateau, the junk in the hallways of dust/dust2).

5. Missing sounds.

6. Rain in aztec disappearing but the sounds still play.

SUGGESTIONS

1. Muting players as in 1.5 and before (click on the mic icon on the scoreboard, instead of going through three screens and having to hunt down the randomly placed name).

2. Readding the strategic thunder cues in Aztec.

3. Readding the strategic sound cues in cbble.

4. Make it like in 1.6 where if you throw a grenade you don't lose your "last weapon used" item (i.e. colt/pistol, take out a flash and toss it, you still have pistol on last weapon used, as opposed to now where nothing will happen if you use it).

5. Chickens in italy, louder opera music.

6. C4 explosions shouldn't count as a death on the scoreboard, like 1.6 and before.

7. Make headshots have the sound as the splitting watermelon in italy (maybe on unhelmeted foes). Also: bloodier, like in 1.6 sorta.

STEAM PROBLEMS

1. Friends never works.

2. Favorites don't stay always; deleted servers never go away. For some reason I have my 1.6 favorites in Source as well.
 
Strategic sound cue in cbble?

What do you mean exactly?

I think I might have an idea of what you mean...but not exactly sure...
 
Bodys getting stuck in positions that would cause an endless loop of sound of the body sliding.
Grenades getting stuck in barrels and not going off making constant sound looping.
 
Strategic sound cues are sounds that play when a player is in a certain part of the map (in 1.6 and before, anyway). For example, in aztec if you cross the bridge around the midway point or go up the stairs in the water -- thunder. In train, birds chirped when you were by the vines in the back of the alley, dogs barked when you were by certain train cars, and an airplane zoomed overhead on another train car.

The sounds seem random to most people, but educated players that know about them can abuse them and track people down. Pretty funny in a pub. "OMG HOW DID YOU KNOW HE WAS GOING ACROSS THE BRIDGE...!"

As for cbble specifically, there was cows/sheep (?) and I think birds. To be honest I'm not even sure about this, I've heard them before but I can't recall matching them to a specific location. Some of my clanmates swear by them, though...

But I haven't played 1.6 in awhile, so...yeah. I guess I could ask them for specifics, but I trusted that they existed.
