Step 1. http://www.dvdripguides.com/dvdrip3a.php <-- make sure you have an mp3 codec to use. the Radium MP3 codec is a good one to use.
Step 2. Open Windows sound recorder and record yourself speaking
Step 3. File > Save As > type in a name for your file. At the bottom of the Save box is an option to change how you encode the sound file. Click on that and choose the Mp3 codec. This will allow you to make the file small enough to fit as an attachment for this forum.
Step 4. Zip the audio file because you can't attach mp3's but you can attach zip files
Step 5. Post!
