DO i tear it open and install or not ? is it better than my x800 pro 256mb? what are your opinions . i havent opened it up yet. your votes determine this cards future ... Soo whats it going to be.

well it is better but not by enough to actually need to buy one - you really have too much cash to burn
I mean why did you bother? - send it back and either save it or spend on something not computer related
The only real upgrade you should do is either go for 4 *512 ram or one stick of 1gb ram and that will keep your system at the highest level until at least the end of this year if not further

It's not that much better. I would have saved up a bit more (or if you have the cash brought a better one) if you REALLY wanted to upgrade. But tbh you dont need to...
