What do you do when a forum is completely inaccessible?

A certain discussion board elsewhere still doesn't send me activation email, nomatter how long I wait or how many times I tell it to resend. It says if I have a problem, contact the board administrator, but no admin email appears anywhere. Viewing any board member/admins profile requires me to login. And clicking the "send email" link on moderator's post just gives me "You are not permitted to send e-mail to this user"

My email doesn't have any spam filters, or message rules, or anything like that. And I know the forum is not dead/defunct because there are people posting on there that joined pretty recently. So what do I do now???

I'd assume anyone listed here is also an administrator on the forum, or at the very least can get you in touch with one.

You can try to do a whois record search but usually the emails under that are different from what the site admin usually uses. Still worth a try:
