Or in other words; what would you like to change about your personallity.

I have very little motivation. I get ideas to do great things but never get them done. If I actualy had some ambition I'd probably have written a book by now.

I can't remember the name, but that thing where you always delay work as far as possible.

Inconsistency.

I tend to ask myself, "Why stop when I've gotten so far?" and that's precisely when I seem to stop.

I procrastinate alot, but when push comes to shoove, I can work very hard and very well. I once didn't do an essay for about 2 years then did it on last possible day, 9hours straight.

I judge people alot for stuff I myself am guilty of, I can offend people and appear arrogant, usually people who disagree with me can come off with that impression. I'm pretty good at debating tactfully when I want to though.

My hair pisses me off alot. Lol.

I don't care about other people

I tend to work too hard, so I have learned to manage my time effectively.

Sheesh, you guys would fail your job interviews with the answers you've given.

Inarticulation. I'm much more lucid in my head :(

Not sure if it's strictly a character flaw though.

Mine would probably be similar to Shippi's. I'm an incredibly shy guy, and that can have a detrimental affect on my confidence at times. This doesn't happen when I get to know people well.

Oh, that and I am an awful procrastinator.

Yeah.. I do that to. I also am an incurable perfectionist. Some people would say that's not a flaw but in some cases... For instance if I've recently finished an artwork I find myself unhappy with it and start to modify the hell out of it until it's even worse:p .
Also what Shippi and Icarusintel said.

I can start something with enthusiasm, but I never get it finished. Like I can start a story, with great ideas, but just leave it after a couple of days.

It's more or less the same problem as r?*omhaires.

Well I do something worse. I start a project with enthusiasm working on every little detail, but after a while I just get tired of it, and start making compromises just to finish the damn thing already! This would probably be a quality in the computer game
industry:cheese: .

Laziness and apathy. I've become concerned about it since it seems to permiate every facet of my life, such as school, work, and women. Yeah, I've become lazy and apathetic about girls. It's pretty sad.

I've been the same way, I am just too damned lazy & shy to talk to women especially when their their amazingly beautiful, I've had some of the most drop dead beautiful women you would ever see & they've had hit on me & I just don't "answer the call" I'm very shy & I don't talk much (kinda like Gordon lol).

Another one of my flaws is I stay on the computer far too long & I don't do anything around this house & I am too lazy to do home work. D:
I keep saying to myself "I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it." but I never get around to it.

Procrastination. I do it so much it's not even funny.

Reminds me of a mate. He says he wants to do something... a month later it's not done. I'm glad I don't have the problem, although I can't say I never happen leave things until another day.

One would imagine that interviewers have heard that answer a thousand times. What are they really measuring? Whether you have the maturity to give an honest answer or whether you know how to regurgitate what others want to hear?

As for my character flaw, I think I am too self-centered and introverted.

oh yeah, and I'm too good looking

How many interviews have you had? Companies want people who toe the line, act normal, and tell them what they want to hear. Honesty should be your last resort if you can't think up a good lie.

My inability to make decisions, definately.

Either that, or perhaps my inability to see when someone of the opposite sex is coming onto me. Missed that a good few times, so I'm told.
And the usual Procrastination. It's like they say:
The Meek will inherit the Earth... When they can be bothered.

my biggest flaw is probably my inability to give an answer that I'm totally sure about...

i think... although I may be wrong... I'll get back to you on that one...

I'm too confrontational. Although that trait could make me rich one day, I really should know when to tone it down some.

I don't follow through with things like projects, or long-running whatevers. I just lose interest.

Not to mention I consistantly own people with my blistering wit.

I overthink stuff and think people think as much as me :| :p

He's had thousands. He never got a job though (he's knghenry)

Hmm, alot of people here procrastinate, are lazy, and a notable number have confidence issues. Hmm I wonder if there a corrolation between computer use and these human traits, since they are more mental then physical. Interesting food for thought yes yes yes?

I dunno.. I use the computer a lot, and I'm totally awesome.

Of course there's a correlation. Excessive use of the internet harms social skills, and people with bad social skills are attracted to the internet. It's a vicious cycle.

i cant talk/socialize/relate to people who doesnt do gaming. For example, in each class where there isnt a gamer i mostly never talk. There has gone classes where i havent even opened my mouth once. Everyone ells talks and laughs, i just sit there.

Normal people....disgusting.

I completely concur. They are a lesser race.

lolcannon

Hmm, I think i make excuses for bad things that im doing to try and justify me doing them, or basically make excuses for everyone of my flaws, only realised that I do that when I was having a review with my history teacher, and he said you have the brains to gets As at A-levels but im too inconsistant with my work (resolved now ^^), and he showed me the essay we handed in a few days ago and told me how cack it was, and I automaticaly tried to make an excuse to why it was cack, to which he said 'AND you always make excuses about everything, like you are doing now'. Also, I seem to lack the ability to argue, mainly because I think most arguments are pointless, but whenever I put a point across an opinion and someone argues against it, I will immediately settle the argument with something like 'well its all opinionated'.
