What does the Borealis contain???

What does the Borealis have inside it?. What does Dr. Cliner think is inside it that could turn the tides for the resistance in the war. I personally think it is some kind of huge multi-universe portal device and possibly some experimental portal technology such as Portal gun, Gel gun, and even some kind of experimental Aperture version of the Gravity gun.

By the way first mistake ive made in a long time about Half life see. Dr Issac. Kleiner, Eli Vance, Alyx Vance, Wallace Breen, DOG, Barney Calhoun, Judith mosmon, Father Grigori, Arne Magnusson and of course Gordon Freeman. I swear i didn't google. Oh and u didn't answer the question "Whats in the Borealis thats soooo important???".
