What exactly is this leak???

is it an .EXE, is it a .TXT file with line after line of code, the SDK with stuff missing? can anybody fill me in?

Its a bunch of .cpp files, that you can open with notepad that contails lines and lines of code. About 3000 files worth.

i wanna know cause i wanna asses the amount of damage this leak could cause... if it's the SDK, it was gonna be released sooner or later... if it was a .TXT file like thing... valve is so... totally... screwed

its the C++ source code.

PS. You wont have much use for it since you dont know anything about programming.

Yeah .txt files are EVIL! It's a .rar with lot's of .cpp (C++) files with all the code in them.
