What happened to the older maps??

I hadn't really played CS for about 2 yrs before half life 2 came out.. so can anyone tell me what happened to assault, militia, and inferno? those were like my 3 favourite maps.. and now they're all gone.. like are they coming back or gone for good?

Valve and steam havent been working on steam because they have been concentration all their efforts on hl2 untill it came out now with this new update comming next week hopefully they will release another map and a special treat

I personally REALLY want train to be released... that would keep me content for a while, the trains will look awesome.

Of course, cant wait to see assault, militia, etc...

assault and militia are played by less pple on CS1.6
as for Source, i would like most, if not all the old maps re-released.
i still don't understand why dust gets played but not any of these other maps.. dust..is.. just so horrible.. :x

yeah way to overplayed
