That is, for lack of a better word, interestingly stupid.

If the guy can earn £13k a week, then why does he have to resort to selling his info on ebay?

Of course, he could be telling the truth - if he sells 1300 of those auctions at £9.99 each, he'll be getting £13k a week...

<Comes bursting into the room, shaking a little booklet in his hand>

DUDE!

Look at what I just bought, its ****ing amazing! I got it off of ebay, and its like, this book that teaches you how to make so much money. I wanted to get rich, like, FAST, so I shelled out the money. I mean, what's a few bucks when I can be making THOUSANDS, right? I even bought a couple for my other family members who live in other states, too.

<glances around>

Why are you all looking at me like that?

Yeah I thought so.

Although look at this one - the price it's going for.

What's the difference?

The old phrase, "If it sounds or looks too good to be true, it probably is." applies fabulously here with get rich quick schemes... just as in lose weight fast schemes.

It preys on peoples desire to get things done almost immediately to benefit themselves in as great a way as possible. And they usually are either blatant scams, or relatively good ideas that are just too unfeasible for an average joe to pull off.

What I would do if I were in your shoes, was try to find if the product is available anywhere else other than online, and see if you could take a peek before you buy. If you're really actually serious in taking a leap of faith, know that it likely will be a plummet, so plan accordingly and don't get your hopes up.

There are MANY secrets in this world that can help you profit greatly in buisness, but most of them require hard work and great intelligence, and will never be 'mass sold' to the public.

ever notice that "get rich schemes" always require you to purchase something whether it be books, motivational tapes etc? seems to me the makers of said items have their own "get rich quick" scheme

just remember this latin phrase ..it's been around awhile for a reason:

Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware

If I had one hour free each day, ofcourse I would buy it, but when I don't, I won't.

Well I'm kind of intrigued.

Although for £29 I doubt it. Same thing for £9.99 etc.

That's what I'm on about - the crazy higher prices for the same thing.

Ohh I know. :-P The other one offers 13,000 pounds, the second, 20-30 thousand. As your 'proposed' earnings increase, the price increases. Genius... and at the same time, incredibly stupid :-P

Don't buy it man. PLEASE.

If someone gives me a hundred pounds I'll tell them how to become seriously rich.

Sell your children to sweat shops of course.

17 kids... you could make quite a tidy profit, and still have a few kids leftover for family developing.

And once that's done, I won't have to support so many kids! I like it! :D

ANd a healthier economy.

I have a guaranteed method.

Give me a 100 pounds, and I'll tell you a way to double as much money as you invest, it is foolproof, and any financial expert would agree it works.

If it doesn't I'll give you back your 100pounds, and the money you invested, plus intrest on the lot.

Thats a guarantee.
I bet you can't work out how I'd do that ;)

How to make 13,000 pounds in a week...

Store an ungodly amount of money in a bank that offers very generous interest income...

say.... 566,114,140,113,689,995,422 bucks? That might cover you in a week.
