What is this error all about

I have a small map with a sky box next to it at 16th scale, but when I compile the map i get the error below and it dont save map in CS/map dir

I still get the eroor when i remove sky box
Also i have gone back to 1 of the early stages of the map and got the same error

ive got ridden half of them can anyone point me to somewhere that explanes errors please

Have you done an Alt+P to check for errors? I find that *most* of the critical ones I run across show up there.
