why would you put ketchup on crisps?

They're not talking about putting it ON them, just them. I've never heard of ketchup flavoured chips () but I have heard of ketchup flavoured crisps.

Aren't chips and crisps the same thing?

And I vote sour cream and onion.

My fav flavour is Italian or 'Bolognese' as we call it over here in the Netherlands.

I like home fries.
And barbeque chips.

This is the one time where I shall use the phrase "only in America."

More like "only in the rest of the world".

But meh, you never learned to drive on the right side either. :stare:

What? You all call them 'chips' as well? Bastards!

Dan Dee Salt and Vinegar. Those are the only chips I'll eat anymore.

A while ago I tried the organic version of "Cooler Ranch" Doritos... and I have to say they taste even better than the originals, IMO. Those are easily my favorite. Beyond that it gets hazy. I also like Nacho Cheesier (Doritos), Sour Cream & Onion (Lays and Pringles), French Onion (don't know the brand), plain Tostitos/Santitas, and the tostadas at Chili's... but not necessarily in that order. Actually, I don't really eat chips that often anymore. I don't even know if we have any.

Pringles Salt and Vinegar, im gonna go buy some

I like sourcream & onion Pringles or some nachos (Casa Fiesta). Hmmm...

McCoys are good crisps, I agree with the guys who said that.

Walkers Thai Sweet Chilli Sensations.

ARGH Sensations of any flavour are SO nice. But yeah, those Thai sweet chilli ones are great. Sensations are a real gourmet bag o'crisps.

Pringles are possibly my crisp of choice. They lose points on crisp 'feel' cos they don't come in the classic bag format, but they are as addictive as scratching mosquito bites. Great flavours too, I never really liked Sour Cream and Onion flavour until Pringles came along and perfected it. All the Barbecue, curry and new flavours like Cheese and Onion/Salt and Vinegar rule too. The only bad thing is having to stop eating them :(

Do any UK'ers here remember Brannigans? they RULED. They came in a packet that was almost like brown paper in texture, and afaik they were the first to come up with the Roast Beef and Mustard flavour. They were always quite hard to get hold of cos only a few shops stocked them, and even less shops stocked flavours other than RB+M, but there were some other really tasty ones. I was so sad when they finally vanished for good.

The old Nik Naks with the supremely putrid smelling Scampi + Lemon flavour were great too.

Roast Beef Monster Munch. There can be no finer crisp. Although Beefy Square Crisps come close.

I don't really like potato CRISPS too much, but I'd go with barbeque if I had to.

I'm a bigger fan of nacho chips or CORN CRISPS, if that's what you crazy britlanders call them. Hint Of Lime Tostitos are grand.

AH YES! :D Brannigans, so nice, I was going to post them but I couldn't remember the name, I kept thinking Bennigans. The Roast Beef and Mustard ones were probably the best crisps ever. They sell some rip off versions (nearly as nice) at a snooker club near me.

That's why they are called poker chips too, not poker crisps. Chips are circular flat things lol.

America & Sweden FTW!!!1

Pfft, the word 'chip' has more than one meaning. CRISPS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Grr. :P

I managed to get a hold of Brannigans Mustard once, through this little shop that imports a lot of stuff from the british islands. Best chips ever, but when I went to England the following year they were nowhere to be found. Man was I disappointed.
