What order to upgrade?

Right i'm slowly starting to upgrade my computer since i know next to nothing can someone help?

My current specs:
MSI Radeon 9800 pro 128mb - I've only just order this!
Samsung 256mb ram pc2700
Nforce 2 motherboard
AMD Althon XP 2400+
Maxtor 40gb hard drive

Which order shall i upgrade in and to what? also i don't have alot of money so can you tell me things which are high performance but also cheap?

RAM. Buy a stick of 512 MB of RAM.

I'd say the only thing you really need to worry about now is your RAM. Get up to a minimum of 512mb and if you still have extra cash to spend then get up to 1 gig. The rest looks fine for now.

if u get rid of anything such as graphics,mobo or cpu i'll buy it of you for the right price. if u live in england
