What the heck is dwwin.exe?

when the exe is on the processes thingy, everything can't be opened!

everything! exept ctrl+alt+del

when i shut it down, it gives me 1 minute to reboot.....

argh.

I expect you might have a corrupt file, so if you could get the latest one from someone, boot up in safe mode and replace it.

dwwin.exe is that dumb "Doctor Watson" program that comes up anytime another program crashes, and if it causes you problems, then I suggest you try this out:
