What the hell does this mean!?

When playing dm_overwatch, the game occasionally crashes and I get this message:
The instruction at "0x2406db79" referenced at memory at "0x010811d4". The memory could not be "read".
This is really really annoying as I have no idea what it means, and I NEVER got this this message before this new update.
Any help would be just great, cheers.
