I've looked for ladders, looked for hidden entrances, tryed to stack barrels.. grrr!!!

Don't remember it too well, but you can get onto that bar/concrete bit that touches the top-right of the image, then crouch under the walkway with the white fence.

Hmm. Anticitizen one? Maybe you had to climb a ladder to get to a higher level, the ladder which should be at some sort of a white tower-thingy. Maybe I'm absolutely off.

Go straight to the right (ie. walk forward in that first pic in your last post) till you hit the wall. Then turn left and walk forward. There should be a door right in front of you.

Took me a bit to find it too.

yeah that one had me for ages cause the answer doesn't make any sense. Theres just a small door to the right of that picture into a building on the far end of the compound.

eidt: the door is on the building to the *left* of that last picture
