What time is Counter-Strike Source Playable?

Hi everybody, I know that Counter-Strike: Source is playabe today, but does anyone know what time it will be playabe? I really hope that it will be in the early afternoon. I would have looked at the steampowered.com forums, but they are convienently down. Please respond if you have any informtion. Thanks in advance, peeps.

-8GMT Time (That's Pacific Time in the US)

Figure out which GMT Timezone you're in to understand when YOU should be able to play the Beta.
