What will you be doing when HL3 comes out?

Will you still be reading these forums, counting down the days till its release, or will you have moved onto bigger and better things :p.

I personally hope I'll find myself too rich and powerful to care about a game, but in reality you'll find me right on www.halflife3.net posting like a whore.

All these people who keep saying HL2 will never come out are getting very discouraging.
I for one have a little faith in valve. It's not like thier 3dRealms or something.
 
Seeing as how I dont have a clue when HL2 is coming out, never mind HL3, how the hell would I know?
 
they are worse then 3drealms they are down there with duke nukem forever! or shall I say *in a Quagmire from family guy voice* duke nukem take forever to come out! a giggly giggly giggly
 
oh, now that's just heartless! Putting them down with duke forever.
We still get tidbits of information about HL2 every so often from an email or something. And there are a great deal many more movies and screens, and information and even development tools for HL2, and other games are using the engine too, so it's certainly stable enough.

Anybody who says it's not coming out for another year is just being ridiculous or is extremely un-informed.
 
^^^^ or perhaps, just mocking people who defend the game like its their country.
 
I will be convelesing in my nursing home in the year 2099.
 
Lol I shouldnt say that about Valve. When they relase the game it will be great. I hope.

if i was rich and powerful, i would be quite the opposite. i would play video games even more on the best gaming rig imaginable :burp:

when hl3 comes out i will be buying it for my GRANDSONS
 
collecting my pension, and considering the possibility of having myself cryogenically (sp?) frozen only to be awoken when hl4 is out....

Playing the old, dated half life 2 to get anymore story that i missed the last 10 times I played it.

Wtf? if you were rich and powerful what would you do? You say that like only poor and unpowerful people care about games. idiot. If I was rich. I would have teh leetest computer and still care about games. I would probably buy valve. Of course there would be a lot of women too...

Jeez it seems like you cant post anything anymore without getting flamed.. as far as what I would do if I was rich and powerful... The last thing I would be doing is sitting behind a computer wasting time on a video game. Probably have far more important things to do.. like women... ;-).

if i was rich and powerful (which, incidentally, I am.. but for the sake of argument) i would hire people to play half life 3 for me.. while i sit back and drink a 30 year old malt whisky while being fanned by the swedish international bikine troupe with exotic palm trees! and all this in the back of my limousine style ford mustang....
