I was just thinkin about my friend that might be goin to jail in janurary, and thought what would you do if you knew you had...lets say 2 days intil you went to jail for 2 years? Would you live it to the fullest? Have non-stop sex? Staple your bum? Discuss...

Its kinda ****ed up though ill use this as a chance to clear something up: she didnt know he was gonna take the car off and blow it up, he was only supposed to ditch it.

Does she live with her sister? If so I don't see any chance of her being convicted. She had implied permission to use the vehicle.

She lived with her but it isnt implied. The cops asked her sister if she wanted to press charges and she said yes.

Man, a few days in jail was rough. I can't imagine 2 years...

I had friend who got thrown in jail for 2 years.
He was drinking with this girl and they wrecked into a heavy-ass mailbox...she ended up getting blinded by it.
The reason he got 2 years was because her father was a cop.

What did your friend do?

BTW: Give your friend my sympathies...unless he deserves this.

Grr again its a she, she took her sisters car out to a party and wrecked it, then gave the car over to a guy who was supposed to ditch (keyword:ditch) wipe it down and all that jazz, but he made it go boom.
She didnt know and when she got back to her sis's house her sister had already called the cops, she lied to the cops and they found out so shes getting charged for arson, conspiracy and grand theft auto. Kinda weird though cause she had asked me if i wanted to go to that party with her earlier that night, i declined cause i was tired...i sat there and wondered how she would get a ride there...i guess i should have asked i could have stopped her.
