I got the 5600 but I want a new better, cheap one and all the ones above are $150 and under, is the one I got now any better then the others?

The 9250 is older then what you have now. The X700 should be a bit faster then yours but I would get something else. All of the above cards are pretty much obsolete now.

Also what do you use an AGP PCI or PCI-E slot for your gaphics card?

Get a 6600GT, they are very cheap now, or a 6800 wich is slightly more expensive.
