i cant remember the name of the entity that limits what players start with in CS:S. anyone remember the name?

also when placing a buyzone can you leave the team at 0 for a neutral or do you have to place 2 all the time?

The entity you're looking for is game_player_equip.

The team numbers are as follows:

		1 : "Spectators"
		2 : "Terrorists"
		3 : "Counter-Terrorists"

yea i found out how to do it after searching for 10 minutes more...something like turn off smart edit and type in the key and value box...i dunno for sure so if youre looking for this search "start weapon" in the forums..

All I have to do is check "Yes" on "Give Knife" and "Give Scout."

After you go into Smart edit... click on add and add in the following.

weapon_(name of weapon)
.1 (or just 1)

item_(name of item)
.1
