whats the console command for these..??

hey, i just got cs source and i LOVE it. only thing is, theres a couple of console commands i use to use in 1.6 that i noticed have either changed or have been removed.. and i would really like to use them.
the first command i have on in 1.6 is "setinfo _vgui_menu 0" which makes the buymenu a lot more simple by displaying text only (no pictures of the guns or boxes to click on to buy the gun). i noticed there is a command in source, though which is "r_drawvgui" and upon research found out that it "enables the rendering of the vgui panels." is this the command i'm looking for?? if so, it seems to be disabled from being used unless the server has the command 'sv_cheats 1' on.. whats the deal with that???
the second command i want to be able to use was called "con_color 255 255 255" in 1.6, which would make the console font color, team chat font color and all chat text messages white (or any color specified). is there a command to change this font color..? i can barely notice the yellow text messages when playing and wanna change it to white like i had it in 1.6..
the last command i want to be able to use was called "cl_crosshaircolor X" in 1.6, where X was the color specified. i don't want to be limited to choosing between four or five crosshair colors... i want to be able to make the crosshair a certain CUSTOM color that I specify!! anyway to do this still??

please help make my CS:S experience great as it COULD be!!! these little commands might not be a HUGE factor in gameplay but i'm very anal about things and would greatly appreciate any help u can give.

The only question I can answer is the first one. There is no text-only buy menu in CS: Source (yet). Maybe valve will add it eventually..

one other thing i cant seem to do is change the text font in source, i find the font too fat and gumby looking, i could change it in 1.6 by editing the trackerscheme.res, it would make it look someting pre-1.6 looking, i dont think i can do it in source. :|

ditto on the cheezy font...i'd take 10pt Verdana anyday...

You could modify a buy script to create a text based buy menu. Would be a lot of effort, but it could be done.

I had 1 but I lost it during my hd format should be easy to find though
