whats the dif

just found out, the cheaper one is 13nm and the other is 90nm, is the extra moeny worth the 90nm? i headr teh 90nm's oc beter and are cooler at stock speeds
 
i think both overclock just as well, however the 3500 is a nice cpu at stock. you may want to go with the 130nm version, it's been proven to oc well and it's cheap too.
 
90nm run cooler and are, aparently, excellent overclockers.

So if you are a keen overclocker then the 90nm is definetly worth the extra cash.
 
Yeah, go ahead and get the Winchester. They overclock 50-100mhz or so more on average.

Not to meantion Jesus loves people who run CPU's at low volts.

The Winchester is the 90nm one. And theoretically, it uses less volts.
 
90nm version runs at 1.4v (with an updated Bios of course)
130nm version runs at 1.5v

If you plan to run this CPU at stock or maybe want to try out OC, the 130nm version is great for you.
If you plan to OC from the start go for the 90nm.
 
ok heres the problem, the first one, the cheaper one, doenst say if its newcastle or winchester, or 90nm

the second one is newcastle and is 90nm.
