What's the latest driver for this sound card?

Vinyl AC'97 Audio.
I'm trying to update to see if my Chaos Theory demo sound problem gets fixed.
The dialogue and some sound effects becomes fast and high pitched and out of sync all of a sudden and it happens most of the time.

If you built your computer, uninstall the device, and reinstall them with the motherboard driver utility disk. I'd reinstall before getting new ones, especially if they were working fine before. If you didnt build, your manufacturer should have them either on their website or with the recovery disk that came with the computer.

What motherboard do you have? From there look at the manufacturers site and go under downloads and then audio. If not just post it and I can probably get a link. There is a lot of AC 97 ausio around.The simpliest thing would be to go to windows update. Go to manual install not express. Then click hardware at the left side of the screen and check if there is an audio update.
