What's Valve's Customer support email address?

I don't expect to get an answer from it, or at least not a useful one, but I can try at least.

I emailed their information addy and got no response, so I doubt I'll get one from that one.

I've checked the site, and couldn't find it.

So does anyone here know it? I'd ask my problem here but it'd just be repeating myself (I asked it about a month ago and got no useful responses) and re-installing does not fix it so I thought I'd ask Valve themselves (only to get a hackneyed, computer generated, response I'm sure).

You have to start a "Steam support ticket", I can't remember exactly how to do it, but there's information about it on their site/forums. Once your "ticket" (question) has been submitted, don't expect a quick response. It took them 4-5 weeks to answer mine, and all they wrote was "we're sorry for taking so long to get back to you. are you still having the problem you described?" Luckily I wasn't, I fixed it myself by doing a complete re-install of Steam. I wonder if I had replied to them if it would've been another 4-5 weeks to get another response. :|

Yah, that's the kinda customer support one can expect now a days.

Haven't seen a game with good customer support in a looooong time.
